Introducing New Filtering and Tagging Features

Releasing NSFW/NSFL content filter and enhanced tagging capabilities

At Uncut, we are dedicated to constantly improving our platform to better serve the needs and preferences of our community. We're thrilled to announce two new features that many of you have requested: a NSFW/NSFL content filter and enhanced tagging capabilities. These updates aim to provide you with more control over what you see and improve how your work is discovered by others.

New NSFW/NSFL Content Filter

We understand that our community values choice when it comes to the content they encounter. To cater to this need, we have implemented a new filtering option for Not Safe For Work (NSFW) and Not Safe For Life (NSFL) content.

• Activating the Filter:

  • You can activate the NSFW/NSFL filter by navigating to your account settings and selecting the Mature Content tab. Here, you'll find the option to toggle the filter on or off.

• What Does the Filter Do?

  • When the filter is turned off, you will not see any content tagged as NSFW or NSFL. This setting ensures that you can browse Uncut content without coming across material that you might find objectionable or disturbing.

• Definitions:

  • NSFW (Not Safe For Work): Content that is generally considered inappropriate for typical workplace environments, such as nudity or explicit sexual content.

  • NSFL (Not Safe For Life): Content that includes extreme graphic content, such as violence or gore, which could be disturbing or shocking.

Reporting Inappropriate Content

Your safety and comfort are paramount. If you come across content that you believe is NSFW, NSFL, copyrighted, or otherwise violates our terms of service, you can easily report it.

• How to Report:

  • Next to each piece of content, you will find a report button. Clicking this will allow you to select the reason for the report and submit it to our team for review.

• Review Process:

  • Our team will review reported content as soon as possible to determine the appropriate action, ensuring that Uncut remains a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Improved Tagging System

To enhance the discoverability of your work and make our platform more navigable, we have improved our tagging system.

• How to Tag Your Work:

  • When you publish a collectible, you'll go through the 'publish collectible' workflow where you can now add tags relevant to your artwork. This step is integrated smoothly into the publishing process.

• Benefits of Tagging:

  • Tagging your work increases its visibility on the platform, making it easier for users to discover content based on specific themes or subjects they are interested in.
