Continuing to Build An Exciting, Fair, and Profitable Ecosystem for Podcasters
Phase 1 of our Go-To-Market Roadmap is over and all our initial product tokens are gone. In the past four months, we've collaborated with 20 amazing podcasters who have minted over 500 NFTs. Now we're ready to welcome a new cohort of 100 new podcasters!
For Phase 2, we have ....
Minted another 30 Genesis tokens ($290) to give UNLIMITED access to our platform and Podcasters in Residency program to creators who don't yet (ye!) meet our VIP criteria.
Minted 10 Explorer tokens ($2,900) that gives you all the Genesis privileges PLUS one-year NFT consultancy including NFT artwork.

Product Updates
Uncut.FM is now 100% self-service 🤩
After minting over 500 NFTs manually for our Podcasters In Residence (PIR), we are now ready to let you play with the product on your own.
If you are an owner of our PIR Crew #1, VIP, Genesis, Explorer or Inception tokens, you may have discovered the Studio tab on your Uncut.FM when you log in.
This space allows you to create or update your Uncut.FM page and mint all your tokens for free and without any limitations! You can mint your podcast episodes in a few clicks directly from your RSS feed or mint original NFTs with image, audio and even video.

We have added the ability for you and your community members to like different things. Now you can like an NFT without having to buy it and your NFT holders can also like your posts in your dedicated NFT Gated Space.
Users can now add nicknames and avatar pictures 🤖
Initially the crypto-wallet address that we automatically create for each user was the only way to identify a member. Now every user can add a nickname and an avatar picture to their Uncut.FM profile!
Copy member emails in one click 📧
As a podcaster you probably want to get all the email addresses of your members to send them a message by email or invite them to your next garden party.
Creators on Uncut.FM now have a fat, nice yellow COPY EMAILS button that will absolutely do what it says.

Hint: The above NFT is an ode to a certain podcast hosting company that has a nasty habit of scraping RSS feeds for email addresses and spamming potential customers.

What are we reading, listening to, and writing?
“Uncut’s Practical Guide for Podcasters to Create NFT-Membership Communities”. This guide takes a deep dive into benefits podcasters can experience with NFTs (the ability to segment your audience, cut out middlemen, interact directly with your true fans, own your own monetization model, etc.) and real-life examples of how podcasters can create tokens and reward fans.
We recommend listening to a16z Podcast’s “Crypto, an Oral Essay” episode (listen on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, or Spotify). The clip starting at 24:30 is great. In it, they talk about how YouTube creators and writers have previously relied on advertising or direct payments from their fans. In today’s world, however, crypto has opened up new ways of monetizing creative content online.
“The Ethereum Price Is Exploding Again. You Should Definitely Know Why,” an article by Tim Denning. Many creators on our platform have seen the value of their Uncut.FM wallet drop due to the recent crypto-currency crash (your tokens are minted in ETH). Personally, I was $10,000 rich with my 4 ETH in April, and now I'm down to $7,000.... But I have good news, ETH is soaring again. Plus, the next MERGE could push the price even higher. Time to MINT!!!
“For creators, community is the new follower count,” an article in the Washington Post, is about influencers creating groups on chat apps such as Geneva, Discord, and Telegram.
